Cancellations & Refunds
Please read and understand our store's returns and exchange policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.
SECTION 1 - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns on bracelets and Vaastu items. We do not accept exchanges of items due to size or colour variance as that depends on the lot of product received from our suppliers.

SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your ordered item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your riginal method of payment, within 21 business days.
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 business days, first, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@trilogyremedies.com.
